We calculate our shipping cost for each shipping method based on the type and quantity of items you order. Your shipping and handling charges are summarized at checkout. At this time, tracking is available for Express Shipping.

Because of the extra care we take to ensure your items are received undamaged and in perfect condition, any small accessories you order that could damage any curtains or blinds you have ordered will be shipped in separate packages. - Perfect Polly Curtains offers a 30-day money back guarantee on all products EXCEPT made-to-measure products. If you would like to return or exchange an item, please contact us to fill out a request form, and we will send you an RMA and instructions on how to send the item(s) back. Shipping charges are not refundable. Please note that the items must be in their original package and in the same condition as when they were sent to you.

- Check the status of any of your orders by visiting our Order Status page, note that you will have to log in prior to accessing this page. This is the easiest and fastest way to get the most current information regarding your order.
When you click on Order Status, you will be prompted to sign in with your email address and password. An order summary page will provide you with detailed information about your current or past orders. If your order has not been processed you may modify or cancel your order from this page.
If your order has been shipped via Express Delivery, you may track it using the tracking code provided in your email order confirmation. It may take up to one (1) business day for your information to be posted on the UPS website. - Phone Orders

If you have already completed an order and wish to add an additional item to your order, you will need to cancel your initial order and place a new order. Contact Customer Service for assistance. - To update your account information, login to your account and click on "Account Information" under the MY ACCOUNT section. Click SAVE once you've updated your address and other personal information.
